my answer i can see is 48. i'm seeing the triangles rotate clockwise by 2pi/3 radians about the centre of the triangle then 1 is added to the new left number and new top number. the number in the centre is the sum of the numbers around the trangle multiplied by the number that use to be the 2 on the bottom right in the first triangle
