Row Sum-Extra Region Sudoku Puzzle (Daily Sudoku League #223)

The coming weekend is the next round of Sudoku Mahabharat 2018. It is themed on Irregular and Hybrid Sudoku puzzles. One of the Hybrid Sudoku contains a combination of Row Sum Sudoku and Extra Region Sudoku. Row Sum Sudoku was my idea which I published long back in the year 2014. My first Row Sum Sudoku was published with the title "Row Sum Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #19)". This idea was an extension of my other idea called Box Sum Sudoku. Later based on the same idea "Line Sum Sudoku" was created.  One of these ideas was even used in the recent World Sudoku Championship 2017. Anyway, this Hybrid Sudoku contains both Row Sum Sudoku and Extra Region Sudoku is a very interesting Sudoku variation.  I am publishing this Row Sum-Extra Region Sudoku in Daily Sudoku League as the 223rd Sudoku Puzzle in this Series.

Rules of Row Sum-Extra Region Sudoku Puzzle

Standard Sudoku Rules apply. In addition Row Sum Sudoku and 'Extra Region Sudoku' rules apply. 

Row Sum Sudoku Rules

For each of the Rows, one marked cell contains a number which is the sum of all other remaining marked cells in the row.

Extra Region Sudoku Rules

Each extra region must contain digits from 1-9. The extra regions are of 9 cells each and are shaded in the grid.
