Arrow Sudoku Puzzle (Fun With Sudoku #347)

My previous Arrow Sudoku which was published here with Title "Arrow Sudoku Puzzle (Fun With Sudoku #334)" was cute, easy, and interesting. It is suggested to solve #334th Arrow Sudoku before attempting today's puzzles. It is because today's Arrow Sudoku is tough. However, this Arrow Sudoku is having a very interesting solving path. I learned a few things after creating this Arrow Sudoku puzzle. This Arrow Sudoku Puzzle, I created for a book. However, I self-rejected this Arrow Sudoku as I was forced to include a few hints on the arrow path which was not per my design for this Arrow Sudoku. I have tried to keep the given digits for this Arrow Sudoku to a minimum and thus make this Arrow Sudoku tough and with a narrow path. Anyway, I am publishing this Arrow Sudoku puzzle as part of the Fun With Sudoku Series as the 347th Sudoku Puzzle in this Series.
The theme of this Arrow Sudoku puzzle is Circle. It is having two full Circles and there are two semi-circles. This Arrow Sudoku is having an interesting solving path. This is tough but if someone can look at utilizing single pointer arrows then it will be quite fun to solve this Arrow Sudoku. My time to solve this Arrow Sudoku is 20.43 minutes.
