I first thought it was 4 aswell but since rajesh said that its not right answer,the other solution would be 9

3*3=9
4*4=6 using on one’s digit from 16
5*5=5 using only the one’s digit from 25
6*6=6 using only the one’s digit also not shown from 36
7*7=9 using only the one’s digit from 49
7=10
6*6=36 last digit is 6
2*2=4 last digit is 4
3*3=9 last digit is 9
4*4=16 last digit is 6
5*5=25 last digit is 5
7x7=49 last digit is 9
So the answer is 9
