Touchy Sudoku Puzzle (Fun With Sudoku #296)

It is long back, I published a Touchy Sudoku puzzle here. The last Touchy Sudoku puzzle which I created and published was published in the year 2015 and was titled "Touchy Sudoku (Fun With Sudoku #143)". However, I have created a few Touchy Sudoku puzzles last year. One of the Touchy Sudoku puzzles, I submitted for World Sudoku Championship 2017. It was selected for WSC 2017 but in the last reshuffle, that puzzle was removed from World Sudoku Championship 2017 and was recently used in WSC Play Off Sudoku Competition at the Logic Masters India website. I will publish that puzzle soon. The current puzzle, I created for Asia Sudoku Championship 2018 and now published as part of the Fun With Sudoku Series as the 296th Sudoku Puzzle in this Series. The theme of this Touchy Sudoku puzzle is Flower.
