Dots Sudoku Puzzle (Fun With Sudoku #295)

Dots Sudoku is nothing but a different name for Kropki Sudoku. When I first time came across this Sudoku type, it was known by the name Dots Sudoku as this Sudoku will contain nothing but dots in the grid. This Sudoku type appeared even in some of the World Sudoku Championships with the name Dots Sudoku. Later this Sudoku type got renamed to Kropki Sudoku and become famous with this name. Now, most of the Sudoku competitions use the name Kropki Sudoku for this Sudoku type.
This Kropki Sudoku is dedicated to our regular reader for this website Poonam Gandhi, who has been very regularly solving Sudoku puzzles posted on this website and giving her feedback. She has recently requested for Kropki Sudoku puzzle and this Sudoku puzzle is dedicated to her request. In case any of the regular readers of this website is looking forward to any Sudoku type to be created and published here, please do post your request in the comments section which is below every post. I will try to create and post the requested Sudoku puzzle as quickly as possible. Rules of Dots Sudoku Puzzle

Standard Sudoku Rules apply. Additionally, if the absolute difference between two digits in neighboring cells equals 1, then they are separated by a white dot. If the digit is half of the digit in the neighboring cell, then they are separated by a black dot. The dots between 1 and 2 can be either white or black.
