Square Numbers Sudoku was part of the World Sudoku Championship 2016 and I prepared today's Square Numbers Sudoku puzzle for the practice for this championship. This is the second Sudoku puzzle of this type which I created while preparing for WSC 2016.
Converse rules are used in this Sudoku type. It means that whenever any two-digit number forms a square number the S is marked in between these two numbers i.e. all such possible marking of S has been given in the grid. Today's puzzle does not contain any specific theme except that given numbers are symmetrical as it is very difficult to create a theme with markings S with the converse rule. Today's puzzle is also very difficult and it uses the converse rule to its maximum. It will take more than 10 minutes even for some of the best Sudoku players in the world to solve this Sudoku :)
This Square Numbers Sudoku puzzle, I am posting in The League of Extraordinary Ladies & Gentlemen as the 198th Sudoku puzzle in this series.
