Jigsaw Outside Sudoku Puzzle (Daily Sudoku League #200)

Jigsaw Sudoku is also known as Irregular Sudoku. This is the Sudoku type I used to fear a lot when initially I was introduced to it. However, nowadays I found Irregular Sudoku as a very interesting Sudoku variation. One should be aware of the In=Out technique of solving Irregular Sudoku which is a must for solving any tough Sudoku of this type.
Today's puzzle is milestone Sudoku for Daily Sudoku League as today I am posting my 200th contribution to this league. It was hardly any week that I missed when I started posting for this league. A big thanks to Prasanna who solve all my puzzles on time and provided me valuable feedback which helped me to improve my puzzle-creating skills.
Special thanks to Kishore and Ashish for today's Sudoku posting as I was having 3 puzzles for today's post. However, these puzzles were not tested. Thanks to both Kishore and Ashish for testing these puzzles quickly and making sure that I don't miss my 200th post in Daily Sudoku League.

Rules of Jigsaw Outside Sudoku Puzzle

Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column, and outlined region. Each outlined region is marked by thick borders. Additionally, the digits outside the grid must appear in one of the first three cells seen from that edge of the grid.
