Frame Sudoku comes in many different variations. There is Diagonal Frame Sudoku in which Main Diagonal should also contain numbers from 1-9 exactly once. Also, there is Product Frame Sudoku in which the outside number gives the product of the first three numbers seen in that direction. There is Inner Frame Sudoku in which the outside number is the sum of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th numbers. On top of all this, there is Serbian Frame Sudoku which is a very nice variation made on the Frame Sudoku in which top and side numbers give the sum of only two numbers seen in that direction. However, Frame Sudoku is a Classic Sudoku variation that always remains part of any Sudoku competition. Frame Sudoku is also known by different names such as Outside Frame Sudoku, Sum Frame Sudoku, etc. However, Frame Sudoku is the standard that is used for this type of Sudoku in most competitions.
