Thropki Sudoku was part of the Triplets and Triangles LMI Sudoku Test. I created a couple of Thropki Sudoku puzzles to get to know more about this puzzle type. This is the second Sudoku puzzle of the Thropki Sudoku type, the first one is published with the title Thropki Sudoku (Fun With Sudoku #180). Creating and solving these two puzzles gave me some confidence to solve these types of puzzles. Hope you will enjoy these puzzles :).

Rules of Thropki Sudoku
Apply Standard Classic Sudoku rules. Additionally, Neighbouring cells containing digits with a difference of 3 are marked with a white dot. Neighboring cells containing digits with a quotient of 3 are marked with a black dot. All possible dots are given.
