Average Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #160)

For the last few months, I have been posting at least one puzzle every day. A few months back I changed the interface of the website by taking a blog template from the website. For the first few weeks that template worked very well. However recently it started giving some problems and was making this website slow. So recently I have changed back to the normal template to make this website look simple. I am hoping that I will now continue with the simple look for this website and will concentrate more on the content of the website :). After changing the template there have been some traffic changes on this website. I am studying these changes and will not be posting for one week to study these changes. Meanwhile, I am creating some puzzles for kids for the forthcoming Summer Camps. I will post some interesting puzzles after one week's break.
Today's Average Sudoku puzzles are not for kids and it is only for experienced players. This puzzle uses very nice logic combining Average Sudoku rules as well as converse rules. The challenge here is to solve this Sudoku in less than 5 minutes.
