Average Sudoku (Fun With Sudoku #178)

I love to solve any converse-ruled Sudoku and currently, we are having a Converse Round of Sudoku Mahabharat 2016. This Sudoku test contains the Average Sudoku puzzle and hence I decided to create a puzzle of Average Sudoku type. By the time, I am posting this Sudoku, it is not tested other than by myself. However, after testing twice this Sudoku, I found it a nice and fun solution. This is my 6th Sudoku of this type and I am hopeful that this Sudoku along with other Average Sudoku puzzles will be fun to solve and will be good practice for this test. 
I am posting this Average Sudoku in the Fun With Sudoku Series as the 178th puzzle in this series. Can you solve this Average Sudoku puzzle?
