In the month of December, I was traveling for almost half of the month and that was the time when I was not able to post regular puzzles on this blog. Whenever I got time and the internet, I tried to post a puzzle here. However, there were many days that were missed during the time I was traveling. Anyway now I am planning to schedule a puzzle every day so that a missing puzzle day does not happen again. A scheduled puzzle will be published automatically on the pre-decided date. Hopefully, I will be able to continue my habit of posting at least one puzzle daily here.
Now coming to today's puzzle when I created puzzles for Sudoku Mahabharat 2016 Twisted Classics round, there were many spare puzzles that were not used in this championship. This month I will be posting some of these puzzles along with the puzzles which made it to this championship. This Figure Sudoku was rejected as it did not fall exactly into the Twisted Classic theme. This is a nice Sudoku variation and the first time I come across this Sudoku type.
This Figure Sudoku I am posting in the Fun With Sudoku Series as the 152nd puzzle in this series. Can you solve this Figure Sudoku puzzle?
Rules of Figure Sudoku
Classic Sudoku Rules apply. Additionally, all cages of each shape (rotated and/or mirrored) contain the same set of digits, possibly in different orders.
