Free Blocks Sudoku appeared in the 10th World Sudoku Championship. I have not seen this Sudoku type before this championship, so I thought of giving it a try in creating this Sudoku type. Free Blocks Sudoku is a combination of Jigsaw Sudoku and Classic Sudoku with free blocks. Here in this Sudoku size of blocks is not constant and numbers don't repeat in a given block. However, it is not required for any region to contain 1-9 numbers. It is a very interesting Sudoku type. Let's see how much time you take to solve this Sudoku?

Rules of Free Blocks Sudoku
Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in every row and column. Digits cannot repeat inside an outlined region.
