Consecutive Clone Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #143)

The Consecutive Clone Sudoku type appeared in the recent World Sudoku Championship (WSC) 2015 and I created this Sudoku for the practice of the Indian Sudoku Team. Incidentally, the design of this Sudoku came out to be similar to the actual Consecutive Clone Sudoku which appeared in WSC. It took a long time to create this Sudoku type. As per my assessment, this Sudoku should be a hard one, especially for the people who are trying to solve this Sudoku type first time. I enjoyed creating this Sudoku. Hopefully, you will also enjoy solving this Sudoku.

Rules of Consecutive Clone Sudoku

Classic Sudoku Rules apply. Additionally in each shaded region of the same shape, the numbers placed in corresponding cells of the regions must be consecutive (differ by 1).
