Touchy Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #137)

I was the author of Sudoku Mahabharat Episode 6 themed Neighbours and Touchy Sudoku is one of the Sudoku types which appeared in the Championship. Once I created some of the Sudoku puzzles Touchy Sudoku for this championship, I loved this Sudoku and later created a few more Sudoku puzzles of this type. Hope you will love this Sudoku as much as I loved creating this one.
