Rossini Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #138)

After coming back from attending World Sudoku and Puzzle Championship (WSC and WPC 2015) in Sofia, life was busy for 1 week and I took a break from active puzzle-solving and creation for one week. We went to Wayanad Kerela, India for a holiday trip. Now I am back to puzzle creation with more energy. There are many Sudoku puzzles that I created for the preparation of WSC 2015. These puzzles are still untested and I will be posting these puzzles once these puzzles are tested.

Now coming to today's Rossini Sudoku, this Sudoku is one of the interesting Sudoku types where the converse rule is used very much. Some time back I created around 4 Rossini Sudoku and one of these puzzles now I am posting as my 138th Sudoku in The League of Extraordinary Ladies & Gentlemen.
