Recently I have created some converse rule Sudoku puzzles like Consecutive Sudoku, Average Sudoku, Kropki Sudoku, XV Sudoku, etc. Average Sudoku is one of these creations. Average Sudoku I have first seen in one of the rounds by Swaroop in Sudoku Mahabharat. I liked this puzzle and was looking to create some puzzles of the Average Sudoku type. Earlier I had created one puzzle which was published with the title Average Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #101). There are four more puzzles I created recently and I am posting the best one among these four puzzles now. Rest of these puzzles, I will post in the coming days.
This Average Sudoku, I am posting in Daily Sudoku League as 128th Sudoku in this series. Can you solve this Average Sudoku puzzle?

Rules of Average Sudoku
Classic Sudoku Rules apply. Additionally, if the number in a cell equals the average of its two horizontal neighbors then the cell is marked with a horizontal line. If the number in a cell equals the average of its two vertical neighbors then the cell is marked with a vertical line. All possible lines are marked.
