Average Sudoku (Fun With Sudoku #94)

Here is another puzzle from the converse rules, Average Sudoku. When I first saw it in Sudoku Mahabharat 2015. Converse round, I become a fan of this puzzle and wanted to create some puzzle of this type. I created 5 Average Sudoku puzzles and two puzzles are already published with the titles Average Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #128) and Average Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #101). Again for the readers for a converse Sudoku puzzle, do remember the converse rule i.e. in Average Sudoku type when there is no line given then that cell cannot be the average of cells around it. 

This Average Sudoku is my 3rd Sudoku of this type, I am posting it as the 94th Sudoku in the Fun With Sudoku Series. Can you solve this Sudoku puzzle?
