No Four in a Grow Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #111)

Last week's puzzle Toroidal Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #110) was tough. However, it was made after twisting an Irregular/Jigsaw Sudoku. It was pointed out by Bram that a Toroidal Sudoku is one that can not be reconstructed into a Jigsaw Sudoku. I have taken his feedback and will try to create Toroidal Sudoku which is not dependent on Jigsaw Sudoku.

Now coming to today's Sudoku, I am not very good at solving Classic Sudoku. So many times I try to create Sudoku Variations and send them for testing to Prasanna. In many of the puzzles which I create Prasanna is able to solve them using the Classic Sudoku rules only. This happen twice recently with my two Sudoku variations, Disjoint Groups Sudoku and Symmetric Unequal Sudoku. However, today's No Four in a Grow Sudoku is a puzzle in which one needs to use the variation rules again and again to solve it. I will rate this puzzle as tough. It will be interesting to see how much time the best Sudoku players in the world take to solve this puzzle. Hopefully, they will not be able to solve it using only the Classic Sudoku rules :).

Rules of No Four in a Grow Sudoku

Standard Sudoku rules apply. Additionally, nowhere in the grid, the vertical or horizontal line of four constantly decreasing/increasing numbers can appear (example: 1359, 8642, etc.).
