I was one of the authors of the WPF Sudoku Grand Prix 3rd Round and this Outside Killer Sudoku is one of the contributions to this championship. The Outside Killer Sudoku type was created by me years back when I created my first puzzle of this type for the LMI Sudoku Mock Test.
