Black and White Killer Sudoku (Daily Sudoku League #102)

Black and White Killer Sudoku appeared in the Sudoku Surprise test which was held in November 2014 on the Logic Masters India website. The author of this test is David McNeill. With this post, I want to thank David McNeill for this wonderful set of puzzles for the Sudoku Surprise Test.

Today's Black and White Killer Sudoku is slightly different from the one which appeared in the Sudoku Surprise test. In the original Sudoku full grid was subdivided into cages. However, in the present Sudoku, some cells are not part of cages. I have updated the instructions for the puzzle so that this change is clear.

Rules of Black and White Killer Sudoku

Fill numbers from 1-7 so that each row, column, and 3×3 box contains the digits 1-7, a black circle, and a white circle. In addition, some parts of the grid are subdivided into cages. Each cage contains exactly one circle and some digits. All cages with a black circle must have the same digit sum. Similarly, all cages with a white circle must have the same digit sum. The respective digit sums may or may not be different. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
