Most of the puzzles, I post here on this blog are created for the preparation of one or another event. Some are created for the practice of India Sudoku or Puzzle team for the World Sudoku/Puzzle Championships after the Instruction booklet of these Sudoku/Puzzle championships has been released. Some of the puzzles or Sudoku, I created it for myself in preparation for any of the weekly online Sudoku or Puzzle Championships. Creating the new puzzle types prepares me better for the competition as well as introduces me to new puzzle types.
This Even Killer Sudoku is no exception. While my earlier two puzzles in The League of Extraordinary Ladies and Gentlemen, Irregular Cupid Sudoku and Letter Killer Sudoku were created in preparation for the Sudoku Grand Prix Championship, this Even Killer Sudoku puzzle I created while preparing for the Indian Sudoku Championship 2013.

Rules of Even Killer Sudoku
Classic Sudoku Rules apply. Additionally, the sum of digits in cells inside every cage must be even. Digits inside a cage do not repeat.
