Cupid Sudoku sometimes back appeared in the Italian round of the Sudoku Grand Prix Championship 2013 and I created this puzzle to practice for that championship. In that championship, this puzzle type appeared as Classic Sudoku and I created this Cupid Sudoku type on the Irregular Sudoku to make it Irregular Cupid Sudoku. This particular puzzle follows close logical steps and almost all the arrows given are used at least once to logically solve this Sudoku. Moreover, I tried giving hints in the heart shape so that the theme fits with the name of the Sudoku.
I post for The League of Extraordinary Ladies and Gentlemen on Thursday. I found that in the previous week, there were at least two days when there was no Sudoku posted, so to avoid a day without any Sudoku, I am posting on Sunday on behalf of David Millar. This Irregular Cupid Sudoku is my 71st contribution to The League of Extraordinary Ladies and Gentlemen. Can you solve this Irregular Cupid Sudoku puzzle?

The 5 and 6 in rows 3 and 4 could go either way.
No, it cannot be replaced. If replaced then 6 will come on arrow and the Cupid Sudoku rule will break.
