Wolves and Sheep in Fences (Mini Puzzles Series #16)

This puzzle long back in US Puzzle Championship 2009 and I created it to understand the rules of this puzzle better. This puzzle is a variation of standard classic puzzles known with many different names like Fences, Slitherlinks, or Loop a Loop. This tops the list of my favorite puzzles. Wolves and Sheep in Fences is a very nice variation on the Fences puzzle type. This is my first puzzle of this type. This puzzle is a very easy one as compared to the one which appeared in US Puzzle Championship 2009 by Dave Tuller.
I am re-posting this Wolves and Sheep in Fences in Mini Puzzles Series as the 16th puzzle. Can you solve this puzzle?

Rules of Wolves and Sheep in Fences

Draw a single closed loop by connecting neighboring dots horizontally or vertically (but not diagonally). A numbered square indicates exactly how many of its edge segments are used by the path.
A square containing a sheep must end up inside the loop; a square containing a wolf must end up outside the loop.
