TREN (Mini Puzzles Series #8)

TREN Puzzle type appeared in Oğuz Atay Puzzle Contest (OAPC)-3 championship. There were many puzzles of this type that I created for the preparations for this championship. This is a very nice and logical puzzle. 

This TREN puzzle I am re-posting as the 8th puzzle in the Mini Puzzles Series. Can you solve this TREN puzzle?

Rules of the TREN puzzle

Locate some blocks in the grid, having the size of either 1x2 or 1x3. Each number in the grid should be part of a block, indicating the number of possible movements of the block. Blocks can only move in the direction of their short edge.
